Q: Can I exchange an item?

A: Currently, we do not provide exchanges. 


Q: Can I return an item?

A: Here at YourOutdoor.Club, we are dedicated to providing the best possible service to our customers. If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, you can return it for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be in the state they were received, unworn and in original packaging with tags. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Q: Which items can I return?

A: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Gift cards & digital items are non-refundable. Any item that has been used, damaged in any way or not in original packaging will not be accepted for return. 


Q: How do I return an item?

A: If you want to return an item, please email with your order information and will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) & further instructions. 


Q: How long does it take for me to get my refund?

A: After we receive your return with the RA#, we will inspect the item and the refund process will be initiated, refunding you based on the payment method you used to purchase the item.
